🌱 What is a Hair Apprentice?

A hair apprentice is a licensed trainee stylist who is actively learning under the supervision of experienced professionals. Apprentices are not just “learning how to cut hair” — they’re gaining real salon experience, mastering technique, understanding client care, and honing their creativity.

At Divinity & Co, our apprentices are carefully selected and undergo intensive training before ever offering services to clients. They’re constantly supported by our senior team and only take on services they are 100% confident — and qualified — to perform.

While every apprentice has a unique training journey, many are able to perform:

• Blowouts

• Root touch-ups

• Toner refreshes

• Hair treatments

• Basic trims or dry cuts

Each service is reviewed by a lead stylist before and after to ensure top quality. You can always ask what’s included or have a stylist step in to consult.
